✨ Hi there, I'm Mili! ✨
I’m a yoga teacher, a yoga therapist in training, and I hold a master’s degree in psychological science. My work and passion revolve around helping people combat stress and reconnect with a sense of calm.
Lately, I’ve noticed how many of us are feeling overwhelmed, busy, and constantly striving to do more. While ambition and goals have their place, it’s so important to take a moment to slow down and recharge—both physically and mentally.
That’s why I created this two-week Nervous System Reset program. Together, we’ll explore breathwork, movement, relaxation, and mindfulness practices to help you reconnect with your body, your mind, and the present moment.
