About Me

Hi, I am Mili!

I hold a master’s degree in psychological research and have dedicated my journey to supporting people in feeling their best on various levels: physically, emotionally, and mentally. With nearly a decade of personal yoga practice and over five years of experience as a yoga teacher, I’ve found that combining movement, breath, and mindfulness can create transformative change.

Since 2022, I’ve been training to become a yoga therapist, a path that allows me to integrate the power of yoga with psychological insight to support individuals in managing stress, reconnecting with their bodies, and cultivating balance. Stress is something so many of us face in today’s fast-paced, information-overloaded world, and I feel deeply passionate about helping individuals navigate it and find calm within.

My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and rooted in both psychological research and yoga philosophy. I believe that healing begins with small, intentional steps—whether that’s through mindful breath, gentle movement, meditation, or reflection—and I’d be honored to guide you on your journey toward greater well-being.

Let’s connect and explore how we can support your nervous system, restore balance, and help you feel better, starting wherever you are.
