Delivery to the pickup point

To save resources and reduce our carbon footprint, we work with Printful with lokal partners so that our products are only manufactured on demand and do not have to be sent around the world. When you place an order, that order is sent to our partner who is closest to you and shipped from there.

How long is the delivery time?

– To your closest pickup point: 2-7 business days, on average it usually takes 3 business days.

 

You will receive an email when the delivery is on its way to you with a tracking number and a link to the distributor’s website where you can track the shipment.
It can take up to 12 hours for the link to become active.

Your products are sent to the pickup point closest to the specified address.
When your delivery has reached the pickup point, you will receive a notification and you can pick up your package with the help of your ID card and package ID.

If it so happens that you receive the wrong products which you haven’t recieved you should get in contact with us and we will help you.

If you discover that your package is damaged when you pick it up from your pickup point, we recommend that you do not pick it up but ask them to help you make a insurance claim. Then the damage can be traced to the transport.

If you discover the damage only when you have opened the package and the damage is such that it can be linked to the transport, then the procedure is the same, contact the pickup point to make an insurance claim within 7 days of receiving your package.

Yes, it is possible to pick up with the help of a carrier.
The carrier must then be able to present both his and the customer’s identification.

The packet will be at the pickup point for 7 days.

In the case of the uncollected package, a fee of SEK 250 will be added to cover all extra costs that arise. Please note that uncollected packages do not count as exercise of your right of withdrawal.

Contact us if you have not received your delivery within the set time. However, we do not take financial responsibility for any delays caused by agents or shipping companies. We have been advised that some customers may experience delays due to COVID-19 safety protocols. Sorry for any inconveniences.

We always aim to have as low a carbon footprint as possible and therefore have local partners. It is therefore possible that your delivery comes from abroad instead and as a customer may temporarily have to pay the associated customs fee.
