We reserve the right to final sales and for any errors, such as price information, promotions, discount codes or product information that may occur in our web shop and in store.

The prices on our web shop are stated in Euros (EUR) and include VAT.

The right of withdrawal, return and exchange
With us at Milipetrovic.com you always have 14 days right of withdrawal.
You can therefore return the item within 14 days of receiving it and get back the full amount you have paid.
The product must then be in unchanged condition – that is, it must not be used, but must of course have been unpacked and checked carefully.
The product must be returned in the original packaging or equivalent and it is important that the product arrives to us in undamaged condition.
In this type of return, you are responsible for the shipping costs.
If you have had your packages wrapped, the cost of wrapping the packages will not be refunded.
For personalised orders there is no right of withdrawal and open purchase.
The withdrawal period is calculated from the date when you received the last item / items in your order.
Contact our customer service and we will send out a right of withdrawal form to you which you must fill out and send with your return to us.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, we refund all payments from you, including the cost of delivery to you, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days after you have announced your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method that you used for your order, without incurring any additional fees for you.
We reserve the right to wait with the refund until we have received the goods or proof that you have returned the goods (the option that occurs first).
You must return the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date you informed us that you wished to exercise the right of withdrawal.
You will then receive a pre-stamped address label from us via e-mail.
The cost of returning the goods, currently SEK 60, is borne by you.
If you have had time to use your product and exercise the right of withdrawal, this may mean a certain reduction in value, at your expense. These cases are handled individually.

Collection of orders can be handled in person or by courier. The courier must then be able to present both his and the customer’s identification.
We do not take financial responsibility for any delays caused by agents.
Wrong delivery
If, against all odds, you receive an item that you have not ordered, contact our customer service and we will help you return the product
Transport damage
Should you discover a damage to your package, report it immediately to the delivery point where you picked up the item.
There you will also get help to file a claim.
If you only discover the damage when you have opened the package and the damage is such that it can be linked to the transport, contact the representative to make a claim notification no later than 7 days from the time you received your goods.
Cancellation
If you would like to cancel a placed order, contact our customer service as soon as possible.
If your order has already been processed, it is no longer possible to cancel the item / items and you are thus obliged to receive your order.
If you regret your purchase after receiving your goods, the ordinary conditions for the right of withdrawal and return handling apply. The cancellation is valid from the time you have received a confirmation regarding the cancellation from us.
Return management via Customer Service
At returns you have to contact out customer service to get a return slip and an address label. Return of goods must always be certified with a purchase receipt.
You are responsible for the product arriving to us in undamaged condition, which is important if you wish to return in another way than the way the product was delivered.
Therefore, make sure that the product is packed well, in the original packaging.
In the case of approved warranty cases and complaints, Mili Petrovic is responsible for all costs, including shipping. When using the right of withdrawal or open purchase, you are responsible for the return shipping.
The return is not approved until Mili Petrovic has checked the item. In the event of an approved return and right of withdrawal, a refund will be made in the same way as the payment was made. In the event of an unapproved return and uncollected consignment (in a store or at a postal agent), an administrative cost of SEK 250 will be charged. However, these returns are not considered an exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Complaints
When you shop with us, you of course have a guarantee on all goods you buy from us.
The warranty is valid for 1 year from the date you received the item.
As a private individual, you are also covered by the Consumer Purchase Act, read more at Konsumentverket.
The right of complaint applies regardless of whether the error is visible or hidden.
However, it is a prerequisite that errors have not occurred as a result of incorrect use of the product.
If the product is faulty, we have the right to rectify the fault within 6 months.
If this does not happen, you have the right to receive a new item as a replacement for the defective item.
In the event of a correct complaint, you as a customer will be reimbursed for any shipping costs.
Complaints must be received by us within a reasonable time.
Complaints that occur within 2 months from the time of purchase are always considered within a reasonable time.
Before the complaint, always consult with our customer service so that we can do our best to remedy the error (see further information above regarding Return management). The defect must be reported within a reasonable time after you have received the item.
If you want to use your guarantee and it turns out that the error is due to external damage and it is therefore not covered by the guarantee, you are responsible for any handling costs. Our employees will primarily determine whether the error is due to an incorrectly produced product or external damage after the product has reached you.
We are committed to always following General Complaints Board’s recommendations.
Refunds
Refunds are made automatically using the same payment method that was used to pay for your Products.
If you used a gift card to pay for your goods, the refund of the current amount will be made by you getting a credit registered in your gift card account.

All intellectual property rights belong to Mili Petrovic, its group companies and / or licensors, including but not limited to trademarks and works protected by copyright reproduced on milipetrovic.com, belong to Mili Petrovic, its group companies and / or its licensors as retains all rights to it.
This means that all use of www.milipetrovic.com or its content that constitutes a use requires prior written permission from Mili Petrovic.
The foregoing shall not apply to use that falls within a Customer’s measures regarding orders, administration and use of services related to the Customer’s purchase of Mili Petrovic.
In short, this means that all copying or storage of content from www.milipetrovic.com, in its entirety or parts thereof, for purposes other than a Customer’s private, non-commercial use, requires a prior written permission from Mili Petrovic
This limitation includes, but is not limited to, trademarks, company names, product names, images, photos, graphic design elements, and product information.

Of course, we hope that disputes will never arise for you as a customer.
If it should do so against all odds, there is help available through a dispute resolution site that is common to the entire EU.

Force majeure
Events such as war, natural disasters, industrial action, government decisions, non-delivery of subcontractors, costly circumstances and similar events beyond our control, which could not have been foreseen, are to be attributed to force majeure. This means that Mili Petrovic is released from its obligations to fulfill concluded agreements.
